#iwd #internationalwomensday Women we love (3/3): Kari Bowen. She’s been by our side since the day we got the keys to #windmillbicycles. Within a year, she became a full-fledged #bikemechanic, and is truthfully the best woman mechanic I’ve met. She’s my role model. She’s #kewlkari. (at Windmill Bicycles)
#iwc #internationalwomensday Women we love (2/3): Mackay Gibbs. Mackay is co-owner of @manifestobicycles in Oakland, CA. She gave Aaron a job when he was living in #grampstruck, and let Sarah babysit her kiddo when she was living on a friend’s couch. She paved the way and gave us confidence to open a bike shop catering to urban riders, all the while making women feel comfortable in a male-dominated industry. This photo is from Manifesto’s 5th anniversary with Sam, her husband and co-owner of Manifesto - I hope we get there someday too! Cheers to you, Mama!
#iwd #internationalwomensday Women we love (1/3): Mom. This bike shop? All her idea. She helped us plan and paint, and continues to support us daily. Thanks, Mom! (at Windmill Bicycles)

Good mornin’, #SXSW. We’re glad you’re here, but we’d also like to remind you what my coffee reminds me of every morning… #DontMessWithTexas. Enjoy your stay, and help us keep our #Austin clean and beautiful! (at City of Austin)
